Dilophosaurus

Dilophosaurus is a predator, about 1.7 m tall at the body, found in forest, plains, savanna, taiga and desert. It lives alone. Threat class 1. A nuisance more than a killer, until there are several of them. It runs at 7.5 m/s and walks at 2.8 m/s.

A smaller predator that turns up in almost every biome. Not a huge threat alone, but because it ranges so widely it's usually the first predator a new player meets.
